My Tea Brew

Tea became my passion quite unexpectedly. After moving to Toronto, growing tired of the heavy taste of coffee (and the result of its acidity) I began to explore various teas available. Starting with a black tea from the Assam region in India, robust with honey malty notes, this became my morning brew and the perfect start to my exploration. Teas from Ceylon, Darjeeling and Jasmine Dragon pearls followed; what a beauty to see the leaves unfurl. And then I fell in love .......... with Oolong tea.
